Oly Barnsley started his career spending two years working for a design agency in central London, before deciding to move to Paris and follow his passion for fashion photography.
There he spent five years learning the business from the ground up, before striking out on his own as a professional photographer, working for a range of clients including Madame Figaro, Instyle, Grazia, W Magazine, Marie Claire and Elle to name but a few.

His eye for the telling detail, and ability to tell a story with his pictures, have led him to being a well established creator and supplier of original commercial images, both in advertising and editorial portrait work, as well as the fashion shoots where he honed his art.
Oly is now based in West Sussex where he travels all over the world; he works predominantly with leading industry players on a wide portfolio of assignments.
